When The AA needed to cut through the noise and bring their culture to life, they came to us. Together, we reshaped internal comms to boost connection, clarity, and colleague experience.

The brief (in brief)
Since 2023, we’ve helped The AA tackle internal comms challenges, from product launches to boosting morale and retention. With key messages getting lost in emails and intranet clutter, we created a more engaging, memorable approach to internal comms. At the heart of the brief was a bigger ambition – to strengthen culture and improve how colleagues feel about working at The AA.

For every project with The AA, we begin by mapping the colleague journey, ensuring each campaign reaches the right people at the right time, across short-, medium-, and long-term touchpoints. Our cross-functional teams work seamlessly to deliver personalised engagement packs, each crafted to feel meaningful, on-brand, and built for recognition across the business.
Every detail is considered, from campaign identities that align with The AA’s brand, to physical and digital touchpoints that drive interaction. And through our World Land Trust partnership, every pack is produced sustainably, without compromising on impact.

When the recent packs landed, the response was instant. Intranet engagement surged as colleagues shared photos, sparked conversations, and celebrated together online. The campaign spilled beyond the workplace, with colleagues (and their dogs!) proudly wearing their branded bucket hats from the summer celebration packs. The timing couldn’t have been better, arriving just as the Oasis reunion took the UK by storm, making the gift both relevant and memorable.
