Crafting an unforgettable
visual identity for Beard’s event.

Beard were preparing for their first all‑company event in six years, a long‑awaited chance to bring everyone together, celebrate the people behind the projects, and set the tone for an ambitious year ahead. Our role was to create a visual identity that tied the whole experience together, making it feel connected, memorable and unmistakably Beard.

The brief (in brief).

This event marked an important milestone for the business. Beard wanted to recognise their colleagues, highlight achievements and build momentum as they moved into 2026. The challenge was to create a visual identity that could live everywhere: signage, screens, print, activities, and all pre‑ and post‑event communications, while keeping the message front and centre: Build with ambition.

The design needed to strike the right balance: bold and modern, but still warm, human and welcoming. Something that made people feel proud to be part of Beard from the moment they arrived.

Our approach.

We began by developing a series of creative routes the event branding could take — each one offering something fresh while staying true to the key messages and overall sentiment. Once the preferred direction was chosen, we brought it to life through a full rollout.

Working closely with Beard and the venue team, we mapped out the flow of the day and the themes being explored on stage. This meant every piece of collateral was designed with purpose: not just to look great, but to support the experience and help the event run smoothly. From arrival to close, every detail was considered. The venue was transformed into a collaborative, celebratory space that felt alive with energy.

The event collateral list was extensive — personalised notebooks, venue branding, stage dressing, presentation design, LED signage, branded merchandise and more. We even created a bespoke team‑building breakout challenge: a branded puzzle cube with no instructions and no shortcuts. Just teamwork, problem‑solving and a race against the clock. It quickly became a highlight of the day.

The important stuff.

The event was a huge success. Attendees left feeling motivated, confident and proud to be part of an organisation that puts its people first.

“Working with Resource on our all-company event has been an absolute pleasure from start to finish. The team handled everything with confidence, creativity and calm. They consistently met deadlines, provided solutions where needed and kept the whole process moving smoothly, no matter what cropped up.

The event identity and branding were spot on. Everything – from the Tribecca and impactful Fabro stands to the “build-a-shape” activity. The visual cohesion carried right through the event, delivering exactly the clarity and energy we hoped for. ”
