
Rebranding Magenta Living’s Building Services.
Magenta Living is the largest affordable housing provider in Wirral, owning and managing over 13,000 properties. As a long-standing partner since 2020, we were approached to help solve a key brand challenge: aligning the high-quality service delivered by the Building Services Team with an equally strong and recognisable brand identity. What followed was a brand transformation that put service, pride, and professionalism back in the driving seat, literally.

The brief (in brief).
Despite the frontline role Magenta Living’s Building Services Team played in the community, the branding failed to reflect the quality of care, professionalism and pride that defined their work. With a 150-vehicle fleet travelling across Wirral every day, the opportunity to boost visibility and strengthen perception was being missed. Our brief was to develop a bold, professional brand identity that matched the excellent service already being delivered, and one that colleagues and customers alike could believe in.

Our approach.
We began with an insight-led process, bringing together teams from across Magenta Living alongside customer focus groups to explore values, expectations, and aspirations. These findings shaped a new brand, Property Care, designed to give the Building Services Team a clear, credible identity rooted in trust, quality, and customer focus.
We launched the new brand at Magenta’s annual colleague conference, where we rolled out the full identity, from an animated brand video to practical swag packs, ensuring teams felt involved, informed, and inspired.

The result was a complete transformation of perception, both internally and externally, with Property Care now visibly representing the professionalism and care of Magenta’s building services. Internally, the relaunch drove colleague pride and alignment, with positive feedback across the organisation.

To launch the new Property Care brand, we delivered a fully integrated internal engagement programme, anchored by an all-colleague conference to share the vision and build momentum. A short-animated video introduced the brand, backed by a bold new identity that reflected the professionalism of the Building Services team. Clear brand guidelines supported consistent application across all touchpoints.
