Technical service manager

We’re looking for an experienced Technical Service Manager to lead our technical service function across print, fulfilment and mailing services. You’ll oversee production workflows, data processing, mailing solutions and technical project delivery, ensuring efficient, high-quality service for clients. Working closely with production, creative, account management and sales teams, you’ll provide technical expertise, drive continuous improvement and support the development of innovative new solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role or digital mailroom, strong knowledge of print, data and mailing processes, some knowledge of Quadient software, excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and a proactive approach to improving efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction.
