Celebrating progress
and promotions!

One of the things we’re most proud of at Resource is seeing our people grow. Developing talent from within is a core part of how we build a strong, sustainable business.

So we’re delighted to share the news of two well-deserved internal promotions, recognising the impact, commitment and growth of Jacob and Sophie.

Jacob Gilpin, Compliance Manager

Jacob joined Resource as part of our graduate scheme and, over the years, has become a pivotal part of the business. From day one, he’s shown a real commitment to doing things properly – and doing them well.

In his new role as Compliance Manager, Jacob continues to lead the charge on our ISO accreditations, ensuring our processes meet the highest standards. He’s also been instrumental in driving our sustainability journey forward, helping embed responsible practices into how we work day to day.

Jacob’s promotion is a reflection not only of his technical knowledge, but of the consistency, care and ownership he brings to everything he does. We’re excited to see him continue shaping this area of the business.

Sophie Bourgeois, Creative Account Manager

Sophie joined us nearly two years ago as an Account Executive and has gone from strength to strength ever since. Through hard work, curiosity and a growing confidence in her role, she’s developed into a brilliant account manager and a trusted partner to her clients.

Now promoted to Creative Account Manager, Sophie is known for building strong relationships, truly understanding client needs and going above and beyond to deliver work she’s proud of. She brings energy, organisation and a genuinely people-first approach to every project.

This promotion recognises the progress Sophie has made and the value she brings to both our clients and the wider team.

Jacob and Sophie’s journeys are great examples of what’s possible when talent meets opportunity. We’re incredibly proud of both of them and grateful for the contribution they make to Resource every day.
