After leaving the big smoke and spending a short time establishing a small print business, I joined Resource (formerly Alphagraphics) in 1993.
I started as a 21-year-old printer in the lithographic department, armed with enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and a full head of hair. These days, most people know me as Easty or Paulo a name that seems to have stuck thanks to Roger singing it daily.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of seeing the company evolve through three premises, four owners, and significant advances in print technology. Throughout that journey, I’ve worked across lithographic printing, digital print, and pre-press, gaining extensive hands-on experience across the entire production process.
More than 30 years later, I’m still proud to be part of the team and very much see myself as a member of the Resource family. The people, the culture, and the shared commitment to quality have made it a place I’ve been proud to call home for over three decades.
Today, I divide my time between litho and digital print, continuing to enjoy the variety, challenges, and constant evolution that make this industry so rewarding.
Having worked in almost every area of print production, I’ve become a true all-rounder although after more than 30 years, I’d like to think I’ve mastered a few disciplines along the way. Above all, I take great pride in delivering high-quality work and helping our customers achieve the very best results from every project.
