Today, we’re pleased to share two well-deserved promotions that reflect the talent, dedication and creativity driving our business forward.
Kate Staniforth, Marketing Manager
Over the past year, Kate has balanced her Creative Account Manager role while leading on some major internal projects, including playing a key part in bringing our new brand identity to life. Her combined strength in creativity, collaboration and strategic thinking has made a real impact.
In her new role as Marketing Manager, Kate will focus on shaping and elevating our marketing activity, working closely with teams across the business to help strengthen our presence and support future growth. Kate will also continue to support the client services teams where her expertise add value. We’re excited to see this next chapter for her.
Erin Docherty, Senior Designer
In just 12 months with Resource, Erin has shown impressive drive, creativity and commitment. She’s contributed to standout client work, supported our brand development, and become a valued mentor within the studio team. Her ability to bring thoughtful, well-crafted design solutions, while working collaboratively across teams, has been a huge asset.
We’re delighted to recognise her progression to Senior Designer, a role she has truly earned.
