To counter declining market share and rising local competition, Luton Sixth Form College (LSFC) needed to realign how it was seen by digitally native students and their parents. The college required a strategic brand and campaign refresh that could cut through the noise, increase consideration, and reassert its academic strengths and inclusive values across Luton’s post-16 landscape.

Our approach.

We developed a bold multi-channel campaign to support LSFC’s recruitment push from January to July. The strategy spotlighted the college’s core strengths – academic excellence, pastoral care, and inclusive culture, which we delivered through paid and organic social content, OOH advertising, local press, and thought leadership. Creative outputs blended student voice, behind-the-scenes access, and vibrant visual assets to build connection and visibility across all touchpoints.

A key moment in the campaign was the deployment of a branded Advan, which toured LSFC’s key feeder schools. This mobile billboard delivered high-impact visibility right where prospective students were, outside their current schools. Featuring vibrant campaign visuals and headline messaging, the Advan not only raised awareness but created buzz and real-time conversations, bringing LSFC’s offer to life in a bold, memorable way.
