The brief (in brief).

Teva UK, one of the NHS’s biggest suppliers, had reached a crucial moment. An internal survey showed senior leader engagement was falling, and a fresh focus was needed on their new strategy and leadership principles. What they wanted wasn’t just another meeting, but a leadership summit with real impact.

Our approach.

The project was built on collaboration, insight and storytelling, with a clear narrative that positioned the summit as a pivotal moment in Teva’s leadership journey. Every detail, from the tone and structure to the physical materials, was designed to reflect Teva’s values and goals. Personalised engagement packs added a premium, tailored touch. And by transforming Teva’s Castleford HQ into a vibrant leadership hub (complete with branded graphics, signage, breakout spaces and tactical comms) we ensured investment went into meaningful, high-impact elements.

Feedback from the day was overwhelmingly positive. Leaders left with a stronger connection to the principles and a shared sense of ownership for the year ahead. The session went beyond engagement, it created alignment, inspired action and laid the foundations for a stronger leadership community.
