We believe in paying it forward in our communities. We do our bit by supporting young people in and around Leeds, helping them find their feet – whether that’s through work experience, school and university visits, or collaboration with local businesses. Nurturing local talent and educating them about our industry not only gives them a foot in the door, but also ensures our team keep their fingers on the pulse and are exposed to new and exciting ways of thinking.
