HIGHLIGHTS

2025-26

Our purpose is to provide homes
for people to live well, and we are
committed to doing this in a socially
responsible and sustainable way whilst
preserving the environment.

We want to make a difference, not just by providing
great homes, but also by investing in communities and
by supporting them to thrive. An important part of
this is how we are addressing climate change. Led by
our Environmental Strategy 2024-29 we are working
to reduce our carbon footprint and to progress on our
journey to Net Zero by 2050.
