5. Key Management Personnel
The members of the Board received remuneration for services provided as Directors of £60,953 (2019 -
£60,425). The remuneration paid to the Executive Directors of Housing Solutions Group (defined as the Chief
Executive, the Development Director, the Director of Finance (mid-year appointment), the Director of Housing
& Asset Management (mid-year appointment) and the Director of Corporate Services was:

The Chief Executive is a member of the direct contribution pension scheme and the pension entitlement is
identical to other members of the scheme. Housing Solutions does not contribute to any other pension scheme
on behalf of the Chief Executive. The Chief Executive salary is 9.4x the lowest full-time employee (FTE), and the
average FTE including the DLO (trades) is £38,377 per annum.
