15. Investment in Subsidiaries
As required by statute, the financial statements consolidate the results of HSG Property Services Limited,
Housing Solutions Capital PLC and Housing Solutions Development Limited which are all subsidiaries of
the Association. The Association has the right to appoint members to the Boards of the subsidiaries and
thereby exercises control over them.
