Regal Interiors reached out to us wanting to give their brand a refresh, it was only initially the colour palette that they wished to update to reflect their premium brand status. In addition to this brand update, they were looking for support on increasing footfall into their showroom through a media campaign that covered both digital and out of home media activity, and in turn increase their sales.

How Did Resource Help?

Through collaborative workshops, we identified what sets Regal apart from competitors, crafting a compelling proposition that forms the core of their identity. We worked with stakeholders to define brand values and content pillars, ensuring consistency across communication channels and resonating with the target audience. 

As a result of these positive workshops, we landed on the decision that the business required a full rebrand as the current brand wasn’t aligned to any of their values/proposition. We crafted a new brand identity and tone of voice, aligning the visuals and brand personality with the new proposition and values.  

After the brand was defined, we rolled out the new branding across the whole business. This included: 

  • All new printed stationery (letter heads, business cards, brochure, branded quote templates, customer welcome packs) 
  • Personalised direct mail campaign 
  • Regal interiors merch (pens, notepads, tote bags)
  • Worked with the client on new uniform for their colleagues 
  • Internal signage design 
  • POS creation 
  • Customer experience strategy in-store 
  • A completely new website

  • Email marketing support

The next stage of the project was to increase footfall and brand awareness in their catchment area. To do this, we are providing ongoing support with:

  • Door drops campaign planning and distribution 
  • Press advertisements 

The refined brand identity, colour palette, and fonts were incorporated into the newly created brand guidelines.  

We mapped content pillars for different mediums, including social, print, and email marketing, we provided a strategic framework for consistent and impactful messaging. 

What Did Success Look Like?

Our rebranding of Regal Interiors resulted in the development of a more aligned and premium looking brand, and a successful brand roll out campaign.  

The brand now has consistent visuals, messaging and activity across all new media channels. Regal Interiors has a stronger brand presence within their catchment area, and they’ve seen an increase in customer engagement and footfall into their showroom.
