OBJECTIVE

Dental Protection wanted to retain their newly qualified members but needed a campaign that would make more impact and stand out from their competitors.

HOW DID RESOURCE HELP?

We presented a set of engaging creative concepts for the campaign for their marketing team to review. Once the creative path was agreed we worked with their team to produce a personalised pack to help Dental Protection retain members during a key renewal period.

The pack consisted of an outer box printed full colour with additional items enclosed and posted to over 800 individual member addresses. The additional items included an A5 leaflet, A5 personalised journal featuring a wellbeing theme, a sticker pack and eco pen as a promotional item. The data management and mailing were done using our ISO27001 data security processes.

WHAT DID SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?

By collaborating with Resource, Dental Protection successfully delivered a personalised pre-renewal pack to over 800 members. The campaign achieved an 83% renewal rate and increase of over 40% on the prior year making this the most successful campaign they had ever run. 

The campaign to our Foundation Dentists which included our DM pack earlier this year achieved an 83% renewal rate (for perspective we achieved 41% last year…) so a massive achievement and one we hope to repeat in 2024!
