Objective

Babcock International, a leading engineering services company operating across various sectors, partnered with Volkswagen Group for apprenticeship initiatives. In support of national inclusion week, they sought to develop unique content promoting their apprenticeship program.

How Did Resource Help?

Working closely with Babcock International, our team devised a content plan centered on dynamic video shoots. Filmed at the Volkswagen Apprenticeship Training Centre, the shoots featured interviews with both apprentices and senior training specialists, aiming to create engaging content.

Our art direction was inspired by dynamic motion content, aligning with the vibrant energy of the industry and showcasing exciting job roles available within the program.

Once the content was captured, we produced a variety of motion assets for dissemination throughout Inclusion Week. These assets highlighted the inclusivity and opportunities within Babcock International’s apprenticeship program.

What Did Success Look Like?

The content generated received positive feedback and contributed to increased engagement among potential apprentices. By showcasing the diverse experiences and opportunities available, Babcock International successfully highlighted their commitment to apprenticeship inclusivity.
