Welcome to the summer edition
of Together, the magazine
for Clanmil customers.
We have recently completed our 6,000th
home and this major milestone was reached
at The Savoy in Bangor. We were so pleased
to welcome Veronica (featured on our front
cover) and others to their new apartments.
Turn to page 11 to read about The Savoy and
other newly completed homes.
Some of you attended our Customer
Conference back in March. Read about
the panel discussions, exhibition and Good
Neighbour and Customer Engagement
Champions awards on page 3.
Would you like to get more involved in your
community and have your say in how we
deliver services? Find out how you can be
part of our Local Engagement Forums,
Service Improvement Panels and other
engagement groups on pages 6 and 7.
You can read about a new option on the
Housing Perks app that could help manage
your rent payments on page 12, and on
page 13 we have an update on the
government savings scheme.
On pages 29 to 30 you’ll find competitions
for all ages and a tasty recipe you’re sure
to enjoy. You can also get to know our new
Customer Service Centre Manager, Alison Risk,
