Dementia Adventure work to support people with dementia to get outdoors and experience the benefits of nature. As an established and registered charity, they work hard to have a positive impact not just on people living with dementia, but their families too.
We were appointed in 2021 to support the brand reach a broader audience and generate enhanced engagement throughout the next 12 months. Through a detailed and comprehensive brand audit, it was clear to us that the organisation was in a state of confusion and inconsistency, resulting in a mixed appearance to both the internal and external audience.
Our approach was to undertake a full brand development process, ensuring the brand was fit for market before engaging in a full customer awareness media campaign. This presented not only a more efficient engagement approach, but a more cost-effective one.
Cost effective media strategy
We worked closely with Dementia Adventure to build a series of personas to fully understand the motivations and needs of their core audience. Based on these insights, we made creative developments to the brand (identity / tone of voice etc) to reposition their offering in the market.
In conjunction with the brand development, we reviewed the future planned media campaigns against the revised brand objectives. We advised on a number of changes to enhance the focus and efficiency of the media choices – all of which aligned with the tone of the revised brand.
