Babcock International are a market leading, engineering services company. Operating across a wide range of sectors and industries, they provide strategic and technical support to multiple blue-chip brands.
As part of their ongoing apprenticeship partnership with Volkswagen Group, they were looking to create unique content to support their offering through national inclusion week.
From storyboard to publication
We worked closely with the team at Babcock to create a content plan of activity that was underpinned by a range of dynamic video shoots. Filmed at the Volkswagen Apprenticeship Training Centre, we interviewed a range of both apprentices and senior training specialists to generate amazing and unique content. Our art direction was inspired by dynamic motion content that reflected the exciting job roles that are available.
Once we’d captured the content, we created a range of motion assets that were broadcast throughout Inclusion Week. All of the content was well received and resulted in a boost to potential apprentice engagement.
