A brand worthy of the excellent service delivered
Magenta Living is the largest affordable housing provider in Wirral, owning and managing over 13,000 properties. Having worked with the housing association since 2020, they approached us with a unique brand challenge that they needed resolving.
Playing such a critical role in the business, the Building Services Team were very much the front line of the Magenta brand – delivering excellent service and quality to homes across the Wirral. The issue, however, was that the experience being delivered by the technicians was not matched by the Building Services brand. Furthermore, with a fleet of circa 150 vehicles being used across the Wirral, there was a great opportunity to raise the profile of Magenta Living.
Fully branded fleet
Our challenge was to create a brand that was professional, consistent and representative of the amazing service the technicians delivered – which was exactly our starting point. We brought the different teams across the business together alongside customer focus groups to uncover what the brand stood for and what was most important.
The outcome was a new brand for the business, Property Care. With a new brand identity, design style and tone of voice it was rolled out to the organisation at their annual colleague conference.
