Resident Engagement & Social Value


            Housing Solutions Service Improvement Panel          Housing Solutions adopts the HACT (Housing

            Our social impact is wide ranging and covers our digital inclusion projects; staff volunteering activities; and
            supporting people into employment. The enables us to understand and evidence the social impact of our
            community investment activities and compare the social impact of different programs.
